During an interview with The Edit, Victoria Beckham swears that the key to perfect skins is the all based on your diet. Whenever Victoria sensed an issue with her skin, she would take a visit to her dermatologist. Victoria’s dermatologist, Doctor Harold Lance, has help Victoria with her problematic skin for years.
During one of their visits, Dr. Herold Lance advised Victoria to eat Salmon every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In shock Victoria states:
“You have to eat salmon every single day.Really, every day? And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.'”
