Elyse Knowles, 24 is known for her modeling career in Australia and internationally, but she’s also a fashion designer and stylist for her brand Evrryday. Regardless of how busy she is, she still wakes up at 5:15 am every morning and go to the gym to burn calories and workout. Knowles likes to mix up her exercise routines depending on what she likes that day and how her work schedule is, but it’s either going to the gym, doing pilates and boxing. Besides traditional workout routines and going to the gym, Knowles always watch what she eat and drink and revealed that working on her mind and thinking positively is the most important part of a healthy and strong body.

Knowles likes to keep a strict and healthy diet. She likes to eat a simple salad with protein for lunch and fish and veggies for dinner. And when it comes to alcohol and drinking, Knowles rarely drink and often pretends to do so when she’s out with friends and just have soda water with lemon.
