Kendall Jenner Ballet: Vogue España Controversy & Reactions

Kendall Jenner addresses the recent controversies that arose after her shoot for Vogue España. She created a blog post on her app today in regards to the drama caused from her shoot. Overall, she just doesn’t understand the hate.

The super model posed as a ballerina for the themed shoot. She danced, smiled, and gave off a child like vibe as she was dressed in a tutu and pointe shoes.

She was quickly met with backlash from the ballet community, questioning the depiction of ballerinas in this shoot.

Others felt that the entire ordeal was over the top, saying Kendall was merely doing a job,  and that everybody needed to just chill.

Jenner wrote this on a blog post for her app, “It’s so funny that people are getting pregnant and married —or having crazy drama— but my drama is ballerinas being upset at me!” She continues, “With my Vogue Spain shoot, I didn’t even know I was going to be a ballerina until I went into hair and makeup.” She goes onto explain that she’s pretty much baffled by the entire situation but not at all phased. “It confuses me how people can get that upset when there are so many important things going on in the world. But, it’s obviously not going to stop me from working hard and being me.”
