It’s not new that Hollywood’s most famous couple announced a devastating split last summer. After being together for 12 years and married for two, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce against Brad Pitt. What’s more, the truth behind the couple’s struggles isn’t as nice as the public originally perceived.
Released to the public, Pitt was accused of child abuse during the marriage and is now under investigation with the FBI. During this time of shock, many friends and family have taken charge to help care of the couple’s six children.
For many months, it was reported by many agencies that Jolie and Pitt were no longer speaking. However, it wasn’t until after Pitt was seen at the Golden Globes this month that Jolie publicly released that she wanted to be at peace with him.
To add to the drama that seemed to be simmering down, the splitting couple just publicized that they will be releasing a documentary that will most certainly answer all questions behind the purpose of the divorce.
Ian Halperin, author of The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, will be leading the production of the documentary. His well-known expertise of the couple has made him a suitable choice according to The Sun. Haperlin was able to successfully predict when the couple was going to split back in 2009.
With Haperlin having exclusive interviews and footage of Holywood’s most-watched couple, the documentary is sure to have original content that followers can’t wait to see.
There is not yet a release date on the premiere of the movie.
