If you follow Khloé Kardashian on Snapchat, you know her workouts give you some major inspirations and motivations. Her workouts are intense but you can tell she’s determined to get the body she always wanted. There’s no surprise that she would have a TV show: Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian to help people reach their goals.

For Kardashian, she told ETOnline that she lost 40 pounds and that she started working out during the divorce she had with Lamar Odom. Kardashian said ‘Well, for me, my revenge body, I started working out during my divorce, but it was more for sanity reasons.’

The show premiered Thursday with participants, Stephanie Perez and Will Ontiveros who worked hard for their ultimate revenge bodies. Perez signed up because for years she was feeling like the ugliest one among her friends. On the other hand, Ontiveros joined because his weight caused his relationship with his boyfriend to end. Both Perez and Ontiveros worked out for 12-weeks and has a combined weight loss of 57 pounds.

When Kardashian created the show, her belief was that ‘looking great is always the best revenge’ and that’s why the show was meant for her to mentor men and women during their hard times to help them from the inside out. During the 12-week program, the men and women are paired with elite trainers, stylists and nutritionists who will guide them to transform their bodies. During the hourlong episode, we will see the participants’ progress with the ultimate reveal at the end.
