The Cyrus family has been on our radars ever since the hit Disney television show, Hannah Montana. A new Cyrus has surfaced past the infamous Miley and Billy Ray. Noah Cyrus released her first single in November to launch her newfound music career. Her single may seem like old news, but is far from it as it is taking the music industry by storm as Cyrus’ new hit, “Make Me (Cry)” featuring R&B artist Labrinth, is playing on stations across America.
Cyrus came in contact with Labrinth through the song’s writing sessions when he suggested an idea for her new single. Cyrus was recording the song herself when Labrinth’s track played over it by mistake, and Cyrus insisted the R&B artist stay on the project.
Growing up in a musically talented family Cyrus was more inspired rather than intimidated. The 16-year-old is entering the R&B and pop genres at full speed, accrediting her success to her musical upbringing. The young artist has received much support from her older sister, Miley, who has been coaching her through the production process. Miley has been Noah’s guide, navigating her through complicated waters when dealing with the public eye.
With a new Cyrus taking over 2017, the world looks forward to what this baby Cyrus brings to the musical table.
