Kerry Washington and Eva Longoria to Produce and Star in a New Comedy, 24-7

The stunning actresses, Kerry Washington and Eva Longoria, are planning to produce and star in a new comedy at Universal Studios.  “24-7,” will be a new workplace comedy written by screenwriter Sarah Rothschild.

Both actresses are no stranger to TV.  Kerry Washington stars in ABC’s “Scandal,” that is has been running for six seasons and soon to wrapped up with its seventh season.  As well, Washington was nominated last year for an Emmy for her role as Anita Hill on HBO’s “Confirmation.”

Eva Longoria is probably most famous for her role in ABC’s “Desperate Housewives.”  Last year she produced and starred in NBC’s “Telenovela,” but the show was canceled. Recently, Longoria has been in Ricardo de Montreuil’s Los Angeles drama “Lowriders,” and in BBC miniseries, “Decline and Fall.” Sarah Rothschild has been credited on several comedies but is most known for writing “Love, Unscripted” for Awesomeness TV.”

The news of the trio’s new comedy, “24-7,” was first reported by Deadline Hollywood.  This is all the news for “24-7” right now, but it seems to be a TV show to look forward to seeing.
