With “American Horror Story” premiering in just a few months, we only know so much. With so many cryptic messages and clues on social media, it’s hard to figure what exactly is going on.
The latest news to drop comes from creator, Ryan Murphy’s Instagram where left yet another subtle hint about this upcoming season. In his post, American Horror Story veteran, Emma Roberts, is holding a knife with the caption, “Look who showed up on the set of Cult looking glamourous and ready for action.”
Not much is known plot-wise about the upcoming season, but it will revolve around last year’s US presidential elections.
It seems like there’s no escape from bloody massacres and supernatural terrors for this AHS alum. Aside from “American Horror Story,” Roberts was also featured in Murphy’s series, “Scream Queens,” which was canceled early this year after two seasons.
Confirmed actors that will be appearing alongside Roberts are former series veterans, Frances Conroy, Cheyenne Jackson, Mare Winningham, Evan Peters, and Sarah Paulson. New faces that will be joining the cast are Billie Lourd, Colton Haynes, and Lena Dunham.
“American Horror Story: Cult” is set to premiere on September 11 on FX.
