Stephen King’s It has taken over lives everywhere — and now it’s come to late night!

On The Late Late Show, James Corden took the truly horrifying character of Pennywise the Clown and made him a little less scary, and a lot more tech-savvy.

In the sketch that aired during the show on Wednesday night, Corden shows up to help worker Tim after he called down to I.T. Yet, instead of getting information technology, It shows up.

“Ugh, I see the problem: You called the I.T. department and I’m It. So there’s been a mix-up,” Corden’s Pennywise says.

Corden’s Pennywise then tries to help Tim fix his computer, scaring him at every turn and pushing Tim to pop Pennywise’s balloon. Eventually, Tim calls for the actual I.T. guy, who turns out to be a reformed Freddy Krueger.

In the actual It movie, Bill Skarsgard of Netflix’s Hemlock Grove, plays the murderous clown/evil entity/person that makes you float. It’s safe to say Skarsgard’s portrayal is definitely a hundred times scarier than Corden’s.

Besides Corden’s spoof, people have been hilariously using Pennywise in memes, and have even suggested that the clown is a LGBT advocate who is dating other childhood horror monster, the Babadook.

Watch the sketch above to see if Tim get’s his computer fixed.
