Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Cardi B And More Headline Tidal X: Brooklyn Concert To Raise Money For Hurricane Relief

during TIDAL X: Brooklyn at Barclays Center of Brooklyn on October 17, 2017 in New York City.

Tidal X held their annual charity concert Tuesday night in Brooklyn and this year all proceeds will be donated to those affected by Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria.

Headliners for the charity event included Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Cardi B, Jennifer Lopez, A$AP Ferg, Vic Mensa, DJ Khaled, Daddy Yankee, Princess Nokia and many more. Lin-Manuel Miranda and Rosie Perez also made appearances. The concert was streamed live via Tidal, but if you missed it you can still watch the broadcast here. However, you do need to have a Tidal subscription to view the event, so if you’re a Spotify or Apple Music listener, Tidal gives new users a complimentary 90-day trial — that’s plenty of time to watch the show.

Although she did not perform last night, Beyoncé attended the charity concert to support husband Jay-Z and those affected by the recent season of hurricanes. In September, Beyoncé visited her hometown of Houston, Texas following the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Harvey where she spoke to a group at the St. John’s Church. She told the group:

“This today is a celebration of survival. This church is my home. I was maybe nine or 10-years-old the first time I sat there where my daughter is sitting. I sang my first solo here and I just wanna thank you for lifting my family up, for praying for me and for being such an incredible example of what light and love is.”
