Kim Kardashian is notorious for her nude selfies, curvy body and risky fashion statements, but recent photos of her post-birth body have fans going crazy over her perfectly sculpted physique.
On Snapchat, Kim shared a workout which involved the caption “wtf kinda workout is this today?” with a thick rope pictured on the floor in front of her.
The perfect figure does not come without lots of pain, sweat and determination. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently released her ab workout that is giving us a run for our money.
What you’ll need: A stability ball, a medicine ball, and lots of patience.
- Take the stability ball and get into the plank position, resting your feet and ankles on the ball. Using only your core muscles, slowly bring the ball to your chest and then push it away from you to return to the plank position. Do 20 of these.
- Another core-wrenching workout are bear crawls. These require you to start on all fours, lifting your knees a few inches off the floor. Move your left hand forward and your right foot back, and continue alternating sides. Kim does 3 sets of 10 reps.
- To make the exercise even more difficult, Kardashian pushes an 80 pound medicine ball each time she alternates hands.
Kim released a statement on her new diet saying, “I’ve recently gone into extra gear, just staying more focused,” she said. “You do get comfortable and then you start to get off track a little bit but I’ve kind of like pumped it up a little bit, just started to stay focused and follow the Atkins diet again. I feel like I lost another last few pounds that I really had to lose so that makes me happy.”
She also mentioned husband and rapper Kanye West as her motivation and biggest source of confidence, saying, “He always encourages me, and makes me feel confident about owning all my curves and showing them off.”
