Miley Cyrus collaborates with converse for LGBT pride month

Miley Cyrus is a known supporter of the LGBT community so it is no surprise that on Sunday at a pride event in Washington, D.C she performed her new single “inspired ” wearing a tie-dye sweatshirt , a colorful bow in her hair and rainbow sneakers. The singers outfit was not a shock for many who are fans of Miley Cyrus because she is known for her interesting clothing choices and fun stage decorations.

Cyrus was wearing a pair of tie dye sneakers from the new converse collection for LGBT pride month. The singer had announced that the proceeds of the pride collection will be going to her Happy Hippie foundation,  which is a organization founded by Miley Cyrus in 2014 and focuses on the  LGBT community and youth homelessness.


The singer posted on Instagram a photo of her styling the pride collection sneakers which had a colorful design to represent their collaboration in helping to fight for equality and justice to her 68.7 million followers on Instagram.
