Nina Agdal, Sports Illustrated model and girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio says that her go-to workout technique is yoga. Adgal, 24 used to workout for hours and even go 3-4 times a day but she wasn’t seeing results. Agdal was over-working her muscles and didn’t let them rest but over the years she learned the best ways to workout her body. Now, Agdal likes to switch up her routine and do different workouts, such as yoga, boxing and SoulCycle at Equinox. Yoga is the best technique for her body because the toughest parts of her body to workout is her arms and she saw results when doing yoga. Agdal learned how to rest and relax after a workout; she likes to get a message, a long shower and some body oil.
