5 Healthy Smoothie Recipes

So I’ve been on a bit of a health kick this month and have been on the hunt for the perfect smoothie recipes. After looking through multiple sites, recipe books, etc., I’ve found the perfect smoothie recipes; they’re all in one video.

After watching this video I’ve become a huge fan of the Domestic Geek. She has easy recipes that anyone at any skill level can make. Best of all, her smoothie recipes are quick, easy to make, and delicious. Okay so let’s get to it.

Each of her smoothies are categorized by days of the week, but of course you can mix it up. They’re vibrant and have healthy ingredients. My favorite has to be the Tuesday Orange Smoothie, it hides an entire carrot in the recipe and is SO good. Monday — Yellow Smoothie

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen pineapple, diced

½ cup frozen mango

1 banana, chopped

1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 small orange, peeled and frozen

½ peach, peeled and diced

1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Red Smoothie

¼ cup almond milk

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Purple Smoothie

½ cup pomegranate juice

½ vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen blackberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Green Smoothie

½ cup orange juice

½ vanilla Greek yogurt

½ avocado, peeled

2 kiwis, peeled

1 handful of baby spinach
