Stranger Things is back for a second season and is available to stream on Netflix — right now!
Last year, the series followed a group of kids in the 1980’s seeking to rescue their friend Will from some unknown, supernatural force. The Netflix original series is expected to get even stranger in the second season. Previously, Ross Duffer, co-creator for Stranger Things, told The Wrap in an interview that viewers can expect the new season to be “certainly bigger” than season one with much larger threats.
“The nice thing is we don’t have a kid disappearing in the first 10 minutes, so everybody’s not always turned up to 11 trying to save their friends,” Duffer said. “It allows us to experience these characters more in their normal life for a bit, and have some fun with them. But then once things go wrong, we really escalate the stakes quickly, and it gets pretty crazy toward the end.”
